Holidays and Birthdays: Decide how holidays and birthdays will be handled. Some may not place a high emphasis on holidays, preferring to stick to the regular schedule. Others may prioritize holidays like Easter, Christmas, and Thanksgiving and want specific guidelines for these occasions. Determine which day signifies the start and end of holidays, especially in odd and even years.
