👋 Hello, everyone! Welcome to today's Murphy Law Monday! 📅

A modification is a request to change an existing court order, which should be based on a pattern or significant change over time. Remember, the original order was either agreed upon or decided after a trial. So, a solid basis is crucial to undo what has already been done. ⚖️

📝 To strengthen your case, document everything. Keep records of late arrivals, school tardiness, and communication regarding relocations and disapproval of certain actions.

👶Present your case to the judge by emphasizing the child's best interest. Any modification request should show a significant change in circumstances, not just a small disagreement or personal opinion.

🖋️ Put any changes in writing promptly and follow proper protocol. If both parties agree to modify the order, do so officially before filing a case for clarity and consistency.

💼 To manage the complex process effectively, it's best to communicate openly, keep detailed records, and consider getting legal help.
