Unfortunately, the short answer is no. ❌

Maryland has abolished the law that allowed such lawsuits based on loss of consortium. However, adultery can still be used as a ground for divorce in the state. 💔

💔 It's important to note that adultery does not directly impact child custody arrangements. While cheating alone doesn't affect custody, if the cheating spouse abandoned the family, it could be a factor considered by the court. However, in most cases, the cheating spouse still maintains a relationship with the children.
