Satisfied Client Series

Our blog delves into significant legal matters, including child custody, property division, and alimony. In this blog, we’re going to shift gears a bit and focus on something else altogether: a report from a satisfied client! This will be the first in a (hopefully) long installment series in which we showcase the satisfaction from clients. In the end, legal expertise means basically nothing if it can’t be used to assist people in leading better lives. At the Murphy Law Firm, our goal is not to “show off” our knowledge just for the sake of it, but to use our expertise for the real improvement of our client’s lives. Obviously, when we deal with family law matters, the stakes are very high; we know that we’re not just filing frivolous motions or filling out tedious paperwork, but performing tasks which will have a tremendous impact on the lives of our clients. Let’s look at a story of a satisfied client which came to us just recently.

Milagros Romero Sanchez: Referred by a Friend

Ms. Sanchez came to the Murphy Law Firm after being referred to us by a cousin. Ms. Sanchez’s cousin was actually not a former client of ours, but she had friends who were former (satisfied) clients. She gave Ms. Sanchez a referral, and Ms. Sanchez quickly took time to view our website and social media materials. Based on what she saw, and the reference she received, she made the decision to hire us to assist with her family law case. Because she is now a single mother, affordability was a point of concern for Ms. Sanchez, and our firm was able to assuage that concern successfully. The Murphy Law Firm takes great pride in being able to provide exceptional legal services at very competitive rates, and this is a great example of that practice in action.

The Value of Working with a Female Attorney

Our associate attorney, Danielle Covington, was assigned to assist Ms. Sanchez with her family law case. According to Ms. Sanchez, working with an experienced and knowledgeable female attorney made a world of difference. Working with a female attorney regarding complex and sensitive family law issues put Ms. Sanchez in a much-needed state of comfortability. We can see easily how valuable this comfortability would be in such a difficult situation. Danielle was able to take the case on relatively short notice, something which Ms. Sanchez was especially grateful for.

Satisfied with the Results

Overall, Ms. Sanchez reported a very high degree of satisfaction with her results and her experience with Danielle and the Murphy Law Firm. Having an attorney who not only demonstrated expertise but also empathy proved to be immensely valuable for Ms. Sanchez. She was particularly thankful for how the case was picked up at short notice, and for the fact that Danielle was able to communicate with her during weekends and other times outside the usual business hours. Because of the help she received, Ms. Sanchez is now in a much better position with respect to custody and the other critical issues in her situation. Naturally, we at the Murphy Law Firm take great pride in knowing that we were able to deliver results and bring about a more positive situation for our clients. Stories such as these are why we are in the legal profession to begin with.
